Delightful Pixels opened in November 2004. It was a joint venture between 2 friends, April & Tracie, who shared a love of graphics. We have always offered our work for free. In November 2006, Delightful Pixels became a membership. During that time we have always offered free quality graphics.
Real life has kept us busy from time to time. April has been absent from the site for a year now. Now the site is solely run by Tracie.
A little about Tracie
I am a SAHM to my 5 y/o son & new baby girl who was born in March 2008. I live with my husband of 9 years in NJ. I originally grew up in the Pittsburgh area. To this day I still consider Pittsburgh to be my home.
I have been playing with Paint Shop Pro for more years than I can count. In 2004 I discovered pixel graphics. It has been my addiction ever since. In addition to pixel graphics I also like to play with photos. I’ve also dabbled in digital scrapbooking from time to time.
Aside from graphics I also love to put together web pages. Lately I’ve been working with Wordpress so it has been a while since I’ve done a regular HTML page. Everything I have learned in both PSP & with HTML/Wordpess I’ve taught myself following tutorials online or reading as much as I can.
Away from the computer when I get some free time, I love to read. My favorite types of books are historical romances.
Throw in some TV time (usually watched in the evenings with hubby) and then you’ve got my full day.
