You may not alter the graphics in anyway.

Graphics are to be used for their intended purpose. (ie sig tags may be used in forums, web pages, & email as sig tags and nothing else). You may not slice and dice the images and use them for anything other than what they were intended.
You must have a website to request a Wordpress theme.
Wordpress themes are not to be altered in anyway except to add plugins.
Membership accounts are limited to 1 per person.
Allow 24-72 hours for me to respond to your initial request to either join or request a tag.
Tag requests are limited to 10 per calendar month. At the start of the next month your tag number will reset to 0. If you don’t request 10 the previous month, you will not be able to carry over the remainder the next month.
If you join in the middle or at the end of the month, you will not receive 10 tags for that month. You will receive a % of the tags for the remainder of the days of the month from the day you joined. (ie, you join on the 15th of the month, you will only receive 5 tags [30/15=2 10/2=5 tags])
Tags requests are limited to 3 per request. Any request over 3 will be ignored. You must wait until you receive those tags before requesting again.
You may request up to 3 tags per month for friends who are not members.
You must request a tag every 60 days to remain a member. I will be going through the members list every month. Anyone who hasn’t requested anything in 60 days will be deleted. You will be welcome to join again at a later date. If you are going to be away for some reason, let me know and I will keep your membership active.
Anyone found to break any of my terms will have their membership deleted and they will be banned from my site.
*A small note*
Obviously I can’t make this a rule. Politeness and courtesy go a long way. I won’t tolerate any rudeness. I will try my best to respond to all emails within 72 hours. Sometimes real life does get in the way though. If there are special circumstances where I end up falling behind, I will place a notice on the main site of Delightful Pixels. My real life has to come first and this site second.
